A career service member, Lawrence has dedicated his efforts to strategizing and adapting to multi-functional situations. Over the last 20 years he has built a reputation for leadership, training, and excellence with his sights set on mission accomplishment. Leadership skills learned while in the Navy have helped him create efficient environments while establishing allegiance amongst teams and promoting decisive leadership within the ranks.
